Comprehensive Truck Driver Benefits Package

Health Insurance
Truck driver health insurance is available for all regular full-time employees of Foodliner who are available for regular dispatch and work at least thirty (30) hours per week on a regular basis. Our provider is Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
From the first day of employment, health insurance is available under our Bridge Plan. After 90 days of employment is reached, standard plan eligibility is available.
Employer contributes two-thirds of health insurance premiums and employee pays one-third of health insurance premiums.
Wellness programs are available: BCBS Medical and HealthCheck 360.
Company drivers also receive the following benefits:
Detention Pay – If you experience any undue delays, such as a customer’s computer being down when you arrive on site, you’ll get paid for your waiting time
Mileage Pay, plus compensation for additional time on the road

Foodliner Company Truck Drivers - Preferred Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL-Class A)
Maintain a safe and clean driving record
Possess two years’ verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience OR one year experience plus driving school certification
Have a working knowledge of DOT regulations
Meet the medical standards set by the DOT
Pass a DOT drug screen and physical
